By accessing the Destintel portal or utilizing our strategic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a government agency or corporation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
All proprietary methodologies, research frameworks, AI models, and software code provided by Destintel remain the exclusive intellectual property of Destintel Global Partners, unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our analytical models or utilize our intelligence for any purpose that infringes upon the data sovereignty of the destinations we serve.
Destintel provides strategic insights based on available data. While we uphold the highest academic standards, we are not liable for operational or financial outcomes resulting from the implementation of our recommendations.
